L'Amara Avoriaz Apartment Details

The Premium Residence L’Amara Avoriaz apartments (5*) are amongst our favourite ski apartments to stay in. All of the apartments are very well appointed and furnished - providing the right amount of independence for your ski holiday, with self catering allowing you to eat out, or stay in and cook whenever you want - however you want.

These apartments are also ski in/ski out which is a massive plus for anybody who is used to trudging across ski resorts with skis in uncomfortable boots. The apartments here have balconies, which allow guests to enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding ski area.

The residence has its own wellness area, which includes a pool, whirlpool, sauna, hammam and gym - treatments are also available, and the outside jacuzzi is available to use at a surcharge.  There’s also all of the alpine charm and hospitality you would expect - there’s even a shopping service available, as well as optional bread and pastry deliveries.

All of the apartments have a kitchenette complete with a hob, fridge, microwave grill, coffee machine and dishwasher. Wifi is available and there’s separate bathrooms and WC. Ski lockers and a boot room are also available to use.

L'Amara Avoriaz Apartment Sizes

There’s a huge array of apartment sizes available - spanning one bedroom apartments which can sleep four people - right up to four bedroom apartments which can sleep up to 12 people. The standard one bedroom apartments feature two single beds and one sofa bed - with two and three bedroom apartments featuring a mixture of sleeping arrangements. The largest four bedroom apartment features two single beds in two bedrooms, two double bedrooms and two sofa beds in the large living area.

These apartments are available on a self catering or half board basis - with evening meals being served up at a local restaurant - the Grand Cafe. Most of the customers who book with us choose to go self catering, allowing them complete flexibility and freedom over their holiday.

L'Amara Avoriaz Location

An unbeatable location allows complete flexibility and convenience. It’s ski in/ski out - with a five minute walk into the centre of the resort. Ten minutes walk away from ski school meeting points, and around ten minutes walk to the nearest ski lift. There’s car parks nearby, as well as private parking which is available at a fee.

As a specialist ski travel company, we are able to offer ski pass and ski hire as part of our accommodation booking - and in many cases, we are able to include these with an accommodation booking - saving you money over what you can expect to pay for ski hire, lessons, and hire in resort.

Why Avoriaz?

Avoriaz is a purpose-built resort which provides all of the convenience that you need to have a fantastic ski holiday. There's access to a massive ski area of the Portes du Soleil which boasts over 650km of slopes - and there's a massive number of blue and red runs providing excellent skiing for intermediate skiers. You can even ski over into Switzerland within the ski area. Down in the resort, there’s plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy, as well as a fantastic water park.
